But traveling in a small, personalized custom tour with a native Moroccan, who also lives in the U.S. and has immense knowledge about Moroccan history and culture in all its dimensions, is hard to come by.

My name is Fattah Abbou, a native Amazigh “Berber” from the High Atlas Mountains.

I live in Santa Cruz, California. I have traveled extensively in Morocco and can accompany you throughout your whole experience. You’ll gain a full and real perspective on Morocco, its people, the food, and the art in all its colors and shapes. We will cover most of the landscape, from the coast to the Sahara, from the land of the casbahs to the imperial cities, from the oases to small villages in the High Atlas Mountains.

I have been leading small groups of no more than 10 people at a time for the last 6 years. I remember every single person who has toured with me, not because the number is small but because they are not just clients, they are people with whom I shared great moments, amazing memories, informative discussions, and especially delicious meals. I also take my tour groups to meet my family and have a meal in a village in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains.
